Performance & Diagnostic Telemetry
DiagnosticsCollect aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics on page load times, spatial API response latency, and system crash diagnostics. This enables our engineering team to diagnose bottlenecks and ensure instantaneous ride dispatching.
Geospatial & Offline Caching
Offline PWAStores MapLibre GL vector tiles, routing geometry cache, and service worker shell assets in local browser storage. This ensures that maps remain fast and responsive during active trips even when traveling through low-bandwidth corridors.
Third-Party Services and Advertising Policy
We collaborate with a limited number of regulated third-party infrastructure providers who may set cookies or inspect tokens during transactions:
- Licensed Payment Gateways: When completing digital checkout or tokenizing bank cards, our CBN-licensed partners (Paystack, Flutterwave) deploy encrypted cookies strictly to prevent financial fraud and authenticate 3D-Secure challenges.
- Mapping & Font Infrastructure: MapLibre and typography stylesheets are served via optimized content delivery networks to guarantee sub-second rendering across Nigeria.
Zero Advertising Tracking Commitment
Teckwik Technologies does not host third-party commercial advertisements, does not deploy tracking pixels from behavioral advertising networks, and never sells your browsing or spatial data to third-party data brokers.
Impact of Disabling Cookies
Please note that because our essential cookies are necessary for secure authentication, CSRF validation, and spatial session coordination, disabling cookies entirely in your browser will prevent you from signing in to your account, requesting rides, managing driver wallets, or completing trip payments.
